Control system development of phase change heat storage evaporative air-source heat pumps

Phase change heat storage type evaporative air-source heat pump system can solve the contradiction between supply and demand of energy in the heating process of air-source heat pump and improve the performance of the heat pump system, but must have a high performance control system as a guarantee. The control system is designed based on STM32F103 microcontroller data collection and output control circuit, which can collect real-time parameters of inlet and outlet pipeline such as temperature, compressor pressure and liquid height of water tank. The CPU sends the related parameters to the human machine interface (HMI) through the RS232 bus, used for displaying system parameters. The control system can start and stop compressors, pumps, four-way reversing valve, evaporator and solenoid valve, realizing the automatic and stable operation of the heat pump system in the modes of heating-heat storage, heating-heat discharge and defrosting-heat release. Field test shows that the control system is stable, reliable and energy efficient.
